Rustic Urban Farm

Although my client was an avid vegetable gardener, his backyard was neglected and unused. The top elevation sported a black top and the retaining walls were disintegrating. We constructed a dining pavilion at the top with a unique pergola. Five enormous Corten vegetable beds house a cornucopia of vegetables and the many fruit trees, berries and grape vines have made this garden a food grower’s haven. A natural water features starts at the top level and meanders down to a pond below. Giant boulders with log seating form a rustic fire pit. The custom fence and gorgeous stone walls add to the bucolic ambience.
